Client Support Executive recruitment
In this role, you would be assisting the client portfolio managers to provide client support services and to ensure a premium service quality to the clients of the company. You will be working closely with the underwriting and the other departments.
Your role will include, but not limited to:
- Providing and preparing research materials for client presentations
- Maintaining and ensuring close client relationships in coordination matters with clients
- Managing regional market and client events to support the company's marketing initiatives in the region
In order to be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Diploma and/or other similar educational background
- At least 5 years of client support experience, preferably in the insurance/reinsurance industry
- Possess a basic knowledge of insurance/reinsurance industry
- Excellent command of English and other market-specific language skills
- Strong data management and excellent communication skills
