As the lead commercial manager on this iconic mixed urban development you will be required to lead, mentor and manage the performance of your commercial and administration project team for the apartment component valued at $100m . Taking ownership of the all commercial aspects of the project including administration of the head contract and subcontracts, you will develop procurement strategies and processes, as well as outlining cost controls, budgets and manage project cash flow. You will also be responsible for ensuring that contracts and tender documents contain the necessary EHS inclusions.
As this is a lead role you will have substantial experience within a main contractor environment having worked in a similar project-based contract and financial management position. Additionally, you will be an expert across contract management, construction law and quantity surveying. Having managed teams previously you will naturally demonstrate the ability to led and develop others less experienced than yourself. A relevant degree supported by significant experience in high rise quality apartments from pre construction through to delivery is essential.
