JPMorgan Commercial Paper ("CP") Issuing and Paying Agency ("IPA") Group provides IPA services to Fortune/Global 500 Issuers of CP. JPMorgan is the largest IPA in the CP Market and services outstanding balances of over $700 Billion. CP is a same day settlement market which has daily processing deadlines with real-time client service expectations. Daily transactions exceed $30 Billion.
The role:As a CP Product Manager you will be responsible to:

Perform product risk analysis to support strategic decision making and new business initiatives
Assist with Credit Risk mitigation initiatives including analyzing, monitoring and reporting as needed
Lead product/compliance related projects and Quality Assurance, performing independent review of related front office procedures to ensure compliance with bank policies, standards and procedures.
Manage some of the execution/tactical steps of strategic initiatives translating business requirements into workable process flows, and implementation.
Perform CP Product End to End QA testing and analysis
Track and lead remediation efforts through completion on Phoenix control items
Review key identified controls and ensure policy and procedural compliance
Manages some day-to-day product issues under direction of senior product managers.

Development of product-training materials and documentation of related procedures

Support technology enhancements initiatives and participate with user acceptance testing.
Assist with Business Resiliency planning and projects
Provide PDR Connect Support as required
Produce analysis and metrics as necessary including expense summary reporting
Manage and lead
various projects as identified

Qualifications
College DegreeExperience in Financial industryRisk, Audit, Compliance, Credit or Commercial Paper
experience a plusStrong communication and time management skillsAbility to understand and comply with the regulations, policies and procedures applicable to
