Commercial & Private Client Litigation 5+
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial/ private client solicitor at the 5+ PQE level to join this leading, full service Legal 500 firm in their Taunton office.
You will join a small and busy team that deals with general commercial work and property litigation, with a specialty in Agriculture. As such, your work will have a focus on agricultural and private client based dispute resolution, as well as other contentious rural property issues. The role will also require you to be actively involved in the marketing and business development of the firm. High quality work with high amounts of responsibility is therefore guaranteed.
The successful candidate will have strong academics and technical skills, and will possess a good working knowledge of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and The Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. A general property litigious background will be essential, as will an interest in contested private client and wills probate and trust litigation. This is a unique opportunity that offers an interesting caseload mixed with a genuine work/life balance.
