Commercial Tax Accountant
This large manufacturing organisation have entrenched themselves as true leaders and are now known across the country as a result of their success. This reputable company is now requiring an established Commercial Tax Accountant to join the head office team based in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this is an all encompassing position which will see you lead and manage the tax function to effectively and efficiently complete tax compliance work on a timely basis.
You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant tax laws and regulations, provide stakeholders with consulting advice and assistance as required, and ensuring tax compliance is adhered to. You will review transfer pricing, oversee any tax risk and prepare relevant tax effect work-papers accordingly.
As the successful candidate, you will be CA or CPA qualified and progressed to a senior level within a relevant tax focused role previously, combined with an energetic and dynamic approach to a professional career.
This will be a challenging role in which your advanced communication and technical skills will be paramount to your success and professional development.
