Compensation & Benefits Consultant, Assistant Vice President recruitment
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Completing compensation benefits surveys
2.Job slotting, and salary evaluation
3.Salary review / promotion analysis
4.Managing equity grants
5.TCP detailed analysis, provide market pay trend and bonus target for Asia ex-Japan to Boston from time to time
6.Managing compensation and benefits policies, make sure it is in compliance with local labor law
7.Compensation communication and training for employees
8.Monthly payroll checking
9.Negotiating with benefits vendors/providers/insurers
10.Managing pension plans (dealing with trustees/investment managers/vendors/actuaries etc
11.Designing new benefits arrangements/programs
12.Benefits communication / training for employees
13.MarketPay upload, refine the Compensation Reference Rate, provide business areas with better total compensation information including improved market data.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 7 years+ compensation and benefits experience; prior financial services experience preferred.
• Proficient in all office software applications including database and spreadsheet software including Pivot Table
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Ability to partner with all levels of management and employees within the company.
• Ability to communicate sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
