Compensation & Benefits Manager – Financial Services (REF:CBM-FS/AP300112) recruitment
Our client is an established reputable Financial Services company with global presence and developing in Asia. They are now looking to appoint a seasoned Compensation Benefits practitioner for their offices in Hong Kong to design and implement a range of market aligned compensation and benefit initiatives.
The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing a range of compensation and benefits initiatives for the Asia regional office. You will ensure the implementation of market aligned equitable reward and recognition policies and programs and manage all related activity such as job evaluations and job grading exercises, performance management and salary and bonus reviews. You will also be required to compile and manage an annual budget and formulate and review where necessary Compensation Benefits policies to ensure the attraction and retention of critical and key hires. You will also be expected to participate in salary surveys and benchmarking projects and advise on market standards. In this role you will also take a lead on compensation and benefits projects.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management and have a minimum of 7 years experience with a strong focus on Compensation Benefits. You will have worked within sizeable MNC organisations preferably within the Financial Services sector and have strong analytical skills. You will be able to manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication in English and Cantonese.
