RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform CB functions such as prepare and generate compensation reports
Handle staff cost budget, prepare cost centre reports and provisions/accruals
Conduct and participate in market surveys. Study, analyze and maintain compensation benefit programs to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
Assist in the review and implementation of CB policies and programs for yearend review process
Keep abreast of latest employment-related ordinances to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Support on HRIS project when needed
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in HR Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years solid experience in HR with recent experience in CB
Hands on compensation review experience and well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Meticulous with analytical mind, able to work independently with strong commitment to cope with timelines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Well organized and attentive to details
