Compensation & Benefits Project Manager recruitment
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Timely delivery of compensation and benefits platforms implementation
• Liaise with project stakeholders – both regionally and globally – on an on-going basis
• Develop full scale project plans and communication documents
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation and presentations
• Share project information to relevant stakeholder throughout project life cycle
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A university degree
• Project management experience, including process development and execution
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Adapt to changing priorities, demands and timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong influencing skills
