Compensation & Data Associate/Manager recruitment

Key responsibilities
Compensation
• Liaise with New York and Asia counterparts to ensure global approach to compensation.
• Support the management of the year-end total compensation review process, from compensation accrual development through year end payout.
• Prepare monthly accruals file and ensure BU specific guidelines are met.
• Manage compensation processes for respective business areas. This will involve scenario planning, reporting, analysis, etc.

Reporting
• Responsible for generating monthly and quarterly reports including headcount, turnover, and hiring trends to distribute to the BU.
• Responsible for ad-hoc analysis and miscellaneous reporting for HR business partners and BU.
• Serve as point of contact for NY data managers in collating critical global metrics.
• Manage relationship with the business areas.

Auditing
• Responsible for the distribution of monthly audit reports.
• Ensure data is up to date at all times - quality of information is paramount.

   

Education/Background
• Degree level or equivalent required.
• Solid experience in a compensation/analytical role, ideally within HR.

Skills
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate MS Access skills.
• Experience of Business Objects or similar business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical skills (able to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of data).
• Excellent communications skills; verbal and written. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of direct interaction with clients and will be comfortable discussing and presenting materials.
• Thorough attention to detail with excellent prioritisation skills (ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time).
• Good time management and organisational skills.
