Compliance : Business Management Associate recruitment

 

Job Purpose: To support the EMEA Legal and Compliance COO, with the governance, internal communications processes, financial management, MIS and Reporting and general provision of business support services to EMEA Legal and Compliance Department

Coordinating all aspects of business administration
Tracking and monitoring of Departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to plans and that any variances are appropriately escalated and authorised
Co-ordination with HR and L+C New York, to ensure proper authorization of new and replacement hires and contract workers
Primary interface /liaison with Corporate Services, (including space planning)
Primary interface /liaison with IT for all BAU support services
Primary Interface/liaison with Business Operations (eg)
Facilitating the management and governance structures of the L+C department
Co-ordinating and supporting the L+C Leadership committee
Co-ordinating and supporting the Compliance Leadership Team
Co-ordinating and supporting the Legal Leadership Team
Facilitating Internal Communications
Establish and implement an internal department communications policy and process
Manage monthly and ad-hoc L+C Leadership team department briefings
Ensuring the timely provision of departmental MI to key stakeholders
Monthly major projects report to New York
Monthly reporting to EMEA EOC
Weekly reporting to New York
Creating and maintaining a Departmental MI dashboard
Other duties
Ad-hoc projects within L+C
Liaison with department administrators to ensure support services are effectively utilised
Skills/Experience:

High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workloads and adhere to deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
Advanced Microsorft office skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self starter. Ability to drive forward work plan under little supervision
Strong communication skills
Flexible and adaptable as the role will be highly varied
