Compliance Manager
Our client, a Global Insurance firm, is looking for a Compliance advisory manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in London. The position of Compliance Manager is aligned to the brokers to help facilitate the insurance deals.
The job:
You will be reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance and will have direct performance management of a Compliance Assistant.
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Maintaining and building up relationships with FCA and PRA
• Liaising with the regulatory bodies regarding new licensing applications, cancellation of licenses, etc.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and identifying the facing risks involved
• Acting as a point of contact for any compliance queries.
• Assisting the business with any compliance issues related ie. Data protection queries, new regulations, etc.
The candidate:
• Strong understanding of Insurance Compliance
• Experience financial services licensing
• Previous experience preparing internal and external reports.
• Excellent communication skills written and oral
• Ability to communicate professionally with senior management
• Strong managerial skills
