Compliance Officer recruitment
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to CEO and the Audit Committee, you shall be involved in the development of policies and procedures and to ensure on-going compliance with:
- MAS notices and guidelines to CMS license holders
- MAS reporting and on-going obligations
- Property Fund Guidelines, SFR–LCB, SFR–FMR, SFA
- SGX listing requirements
Requirements
- Positive working attitude – responsible, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Independent, highly organised and possesses initiative
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Familiar with the regulatory frameworks in Singapore
- Able to commence work within a month of hire
- Good written and spoken English
- Candidates with audit experience are highly preferred
