Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects in the area of Wealth Management focusing on Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction. Projects typically focus on cycle time improvement, process redesign and defect minimization
- Apply VOC, Customer Surveys and other feedback techniques to determine customer requirements and areas for improvement and introducing new products and services
- Ability to lead cross-functional process improvement teams
- Manage projects related to process improvements
- Contribute to key improvement projects across multiple process and countries to increase Customer Satisfaction.
- Establish deployment plan and monitor execution.
- Establish strong working relationships to influence and facilitate collaboration across units.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree (Technical field preferred)
- Strong Computer skills
- 5-7 years of Work experience in the area of Process Improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Develop operational decision support tools/dashboards
- Implement knowledge about Banking and Wealth Management to drive process improvement across the Wealth Management value chain.
- Ability to communicate effectively and produce high quality updates and presentations to the Senior Management
- Ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and lead execution of Six Sigma driven projects across various banking process
- This is a 12-month contract role
