Corporate Development Manager (VP/ Assistant Director level), US consumer facing business, West London (on tube line and 5 minutes walk) – initial contract
We are working with a leading global business in the consumer services industry. They are looking for a corporate development professional who will work on an initial six month contract. There is some potential to extend if all goes well, although not guaranteed.
The position will working with the Director of Corporate Development, Europe and Asia Pacific on mergers and acquisitions activities for the business. They are incredibly busy at the moment and so need someone with a great background in mergers and acquisitions from either a tier one bank or a corporate development function of another firm.
The successful candidate is likely to be at the VP or Director level with a major bank, or a similar level with another corporate.
The initial project will be for six months although it is hoped that this might be extended in the long term
