Would you like to lead a regional tax practice from one of their regional SE offices?
Our client?s existing Partner has moved to another office, and while they already have a client service Director still in region, they need a strong leader. They therefore have a gap to take either a Director moving through to Partner or a direct entry Partner for this big role.
You would be able to lead the region in terms of clients, work and people. And if you?re less keen on the people side this can be delegated to the Director in the region.
If you?re already in a leading practice firm you?ll be pleasantly surprised by the fact that bringing in a Partner at this firm isn`t half as political compared to what may be familiar with.
The firm has a very team-based working environment, less aggressive and less of a sole trader mentality than a typical top tier firm. They?re very dynamic, having successfully been successful in winning repeated new work away from their direct rivals. They?re also a progressive firm, with solid growth plans across Corporate Tax.
