Main Duties
- Client face from Finance to Global Prime Sales, US FICC Sales and Global CLMG
- Annual budgeting and forecasting of Direct Expenses
- Support various initiatives to enhance cost transparency and improve efficiency of the month end process
- Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are developed and followed to accurately report the costs of the business (i.e. accruals, balance sheet controls etc.)
- Provide high quality management information with appropriate interpretation and analysis on a timely basis
- Develop productive and valued relationships within Global Financial Decision Support (FDS) team and Front/Back Office clients
- Provide month-end analysis of cost and headcount movement with commentary to Business as well as Senior Management
- Respond to ad-hoc queries from various teams across finance (i.e. Product Control, Financial Control, Tax, FDS)
Person Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years experience in Financial Services preferably large Investment Bank
- 5+ years experience with Excel, specifically with Pivot tables and V lookups
- 5+ years experience with PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP BW experience
- Ability to communicate with Senior Management
- Developed interpersonal and communication skill
- Expense reporting/Variance analysis
