Credit Analyst, Real Estate
Leading international bank with a strong balance sheet and conservative risk profile that has served the organisation well in recent years. This is a great opportunity within its Real Estate business, undertaking risk assessment analysis for lending propositions and providing client relationship support. In doing so you will assist the Relationship Managers in completing credit proposals, analyse the client's financial statements to assess credit worthiness, and conduct industry and competitor research. Candidates need a background in banking credit, preferably in the real estate field, and be able to demonstrate financial statement analysis including ratios and credit reports. This is ideally suited to those who seek a move to a smaller environment that can offer interaction with the front office business and involvement in a variety of activities.
