A top corporate bank in Asia with a long history of operations in Hong Kong has created a vacancy for an experienced Credit Documentation Manager.
You will liaise with related parties for preparation and execution of loan and security documentation relating to syndicated and commercial loans. You will perform agency function in loan facilities. Various ad-hoc projects and monthly reports to head office will also form part of the duties.
With a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in loan documentation, you will be a strong communicator and be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin will be definite asset.
