Credit Mgt Reporting Analysis Mgr (Job Number: 1313133)

Description

The incumbent will be responsible for providing timely information, assessment and analysis to Senior Management, External Regulators (FED, OCC, FDIC) and the Board of Directors. Responsibilities may include the analysis and reporting of Shared National Credits; regulatory reporting including Basel, Pillar 3, and SEC; credit risk reserves; asset quality and credit risk trends; and domestic and international risk reporting. Incumbent serves as one of the primary focal points for dealing with OCC, Fed, and Auditing Department. Incumbent provides review of asset quality information developed by Finance.

Qualifications

Must have 3 to 5 years of financial analysis experience or 1 to 2 years of financial analysis experience plus an MBA; excellent analytical and communication skills; and the ability to work with, negotiate with and influence all levels of management. Extensive knowledge of the following is required. Bank accounting and regulatory environment; product and lending functions; and all asset types along with structures, pricing and terms.
