CTO recruitment
We are looking for a strong individual that has the ability to take full owndership of technology in the following areas :
- Managing the trading platform and the design and build out of it across the globe
- Dealing and managing with all the 3rd party providers and developers that technologu is outsourced too - strong ability to project manage
- Looking at all the trader analytics - in house development and solutions for them - still need to have a handle and ability to develop
- Along with this having the ability to work with compliance and risk in developing the technology solution to ensure these are measured and maintained
This is an exciting new role which requires someone with an ability to still be hands on with technology solutions and management of in house infrastruce but also project manage the outsourced solutions.
The onus of this individual is also aimed to someone that has an appetitie for the technology and make it the best in class.
