CTRM Research Senior Manager – Energy Research & Advisory Firm – Central London – £60k-£90k recruitment
Based from their Central London office, this opportunity is a high profile and key strategic hire for my client. Therefore the successful CTRM Research Senior Manager will be expected to bring a strong network across, both on the wholesale commodity trading and risk management markets as well as the technologies that enable those markets to function. You will be responsible for the UK consulting practice and be the key person in the delivery of research and analysis products, while taking a lead role in the interaction with clients, prospects and industry participants. As well as possessing the above you will also need to demonstrate some of the following skills and/or experiences:
• Extensive experience in wholesale energy/commodity trading industry.
• Proven ability to manage in a constantly changing environment with the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Experience in some or all of the following:
o CTRM Software development and/or implementation
o Market research
o IT Infrastructure
o Data Storage
o Data Warehouse
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, marketing or business. Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel, including internationally
• Demonstrate proficiency with Word Office software.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, reading comprehension, listening, verbal, presentation).
