·         Customer behavior analysis, contact profiling segmentation for Europe-wide marketing programs based on acquisition, conversion and retention

·         Help to build, implement, apply, test and analyze marketing programs, segmentation strategies and tactics

·         Help create and maintain customer intelligence dashboards and reports

·         Support special projects based on analyzing and leveraging TI customer database for product development, marketing and sales

·         Investigate and develop tailored and customized techniques to address expectations and needs of customers and prospects

·         Help create and develop web metrics dashboards

 

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS:

·         Degree in information systems or business administration preferred

·         Experience in using Excel as analysis and chart creation tool

·         Web metrics experience and understanding

·         Experience and aptitude with data querying tools (i.e., SQL), business intelligence tools (i.e. Business Objects) and advance analysis tool (i.e. SAS)  preferred.

·         Interest in further developing database analysis and web metrics understanding for marketing purposes

·         Hands-on personality

·         Detail-oriented

·         Excellent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
