Customer/Account Manager

My client, a large commercial facilities company is recruiting for a Customer/Accounts Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales/Account Manager to join a ever-growing team within their offices on the outskirts of Ipswich.

This is a KPI lead position where you will handle warm clients but also be expected to deliver the agreed minimum telephone activity and other KPI stats.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Looking after the Client Portfolio
- Liaise with Customers to maximise volumes and margins
- Upsell/Cross-sell value added products and services
- Identify profit improvement and cost saving opportunities (including monitoring approved credits)
- Managing the pricing for individual accounts
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Preferably experienced in Account Managing
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proven sales ability
- Good numeracy skills
- Good team working skills
- Drive, ambition and ability to work hard.
