Data Analyst
To support the growth of AustralianSuper’s internal Investment department we are seeking a Data Analyst, who will support the business by maintaining and improving investment databases to support our analytical functions in the investment department. Reporting to the Performance Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to develop and evolve our data management processes.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Maintaining the quality of daily data feeds into Factset Databases.
- Improving data collection processes, data reconciliation, and managing reporting templates.
- Assist the Unit pricing team with reviewing crediting rates prepared by the custodian.
- Working closely with custodian and database providers as well as internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management ability.
- A keen attention to detail and a client focused attitude.
- A hands on and operational approach.
- Previous experience within managing financial databases (Factset, Bloomberg) within a financial services or fund management environment.
