PwC's Human Capital team is currently seeking a Human Capital Generalist to manage key portfolios within our fast paced Consulting business across Sydney and Melbourne. In this challenging role, you will drive the tactical delivery of a range of HR operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key internal business stakeholders;

- Build influential relationships with your client group to shape the overall people priorities through the delivery of HR operational management, talent management, succession planning, organisational agility and building a coaching culture;

- Provide sound internal advice, with support, on all people related matters including remuneration, conflict resolution, performance management issues and the application of policies and procedures;

- Complete administrative duties as necessary, with some support provided across the team;

- Deliver and take on feedback to/from internal and key client stakeholders;

- Adapt to change and think outside the box in all facets of the role on a daily basis to deliver the best outcomes to key stakeholders;

- Work collaboratively with the HC Consulting team to drive common outcomes.

Experience/qualifications:

- 2 years generalist HR experience;

- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent;

- Demonstrated experience managing a client portfolio and/or significant experience in an operational and business orientated HR role;

- Exposure to a range of people focused initiatives (operational and strategic);

- Proactivity and proven ability to deal with ambiguity;

- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
