I am currently recruiting for a Dataflow Co-ordinator to join a thriving organisation based within the Warwickshire area. The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in customer service and contact centre environment.
Key Responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Responsible for providing outstanding customer service
- Liaising with customers, internal colleagues and industry departments
- Accurately inputting data
- Resolve customer queries
- Manage the dataflow of customers
- Build relationships with customers, colleagues and with the Ombudsman
- Ensure correct guidelines/procedures are put in place
- Manage bookings and visits
- Ensure high levels of productivity and efficiently
- Demonstrate a positive approach to all staff and customers at all times
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Target driven
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build good rapport and relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
