DCM Origination – Debt Capital Markets recruitment
In this role you will directly report to Managing Director of Capital Markets and lead the DCM team efforts on a Director level.
On Executive Director level in the Debt Capital Markets team, you will need to engage in the origination and marketing of Debt transactions, manage relationships with clients, professional parties, regulators and other business and support units.
You will provide advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial, regulatory and business aspects of them.You will supervising and manage the execution of transactions and assist your counterparts in promoting the investment platform to achieve the corporate targets and objectives.
Requirements:
You need to be a degree holder from a reputable university with a minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, debt capital markets, syndication and /or levereged finance areas with at least 3 years in managerial position in similar capacity.
Excellent command of written spoken English Mandarin is essential.
