What you'll give our customers as a DI Proposition Development Manager
You'll execute innovative customer research strategies in order to develop direct investment propositions that will attract customers and set us apart from the rest of the pack. We'll also look to you to identify possible operational issues concerning proposition development and make sure that plans are in place to deal with any potential risks. On top of that, you'll oversee new technical innovations like iPhone and iPad applications and social media integration programmes.

What you'll need as a DI Proposition Development Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need experience of customer value management and segmentation, plus a track record of delivering successful customer propositions. You'll also need experience of marketing and product development and a solid knowledge of the UK retail financial services market. Outstanding communication skills are essential as well.
