Director level Business Analyst position within Finance Change at UBS recruitment
You will be working as part of the Finance Integrated Reporting (FIR) strategy which is targeted to provide integrated, financial and non financial management information to support better decision making in a more robust, efficient and strategic manner to internal and external (regulatory/statutory) clients.
The program aims to transform the existing reporting processes and organizational structures into an integrated reporting function for Finance along a defined multiyear implementation roadmap.
Your main responsibilities will include: producing a vision for a Finance wide Portal, conducting as-is analysis of existing repositories and processes, producing a detailed roadmap for full FIR implementation and producing Finance wide strategy document for broader Finance implementation.
You will have previously been involved with global, group wide finance reporting initiatives and have experience in workflow design and data integration.
You will possess strong negotiation skills and have demonstrable experience of working in a challenging environment, and working autonomously.
It is deemed advantageous to have spent your early career in a financial reporting capacity, and perhaps have qualified as an accountant, but pure BA/projects professionals should still apply.
While it is not essential that you have worked within Investment banking or a Financial Services organisation, it is vital that you have been based in a projects team at a global business comparable in scale and complexity to UBS.
