Director Level Programme Manager – Business Transformation
My client are a leading investment bank with one of the best, if not the best, brand in the City right now. They are recruiting for an internal business transformation group at a very senior level. This is an opportunity to work across bank wide strategic imitative which are funded and backed personally by the CIO. This role will work across critical business change projects, including the introduction of new products and markets as well as roll outs of regulatory and risk measures.
They are looking for a candidates with an excellent background in business transformation within the financial and, more recently, the banking industry. You will ideally come from a consulting background having worked on complex projects with large scale clients, in more recent years you will be in a project / programme manager position within a top tier bank heading up a large transformation project.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the bank as they are in a position of real growth, this role will be a Director level role with responsibility across THE most important book of work within the bank.
- Excellent Academics
- Business Transformation Programme Management Experience
- Director level experience within an investment bank / principle consultant level experience
- A consulting or heavily business change focussed background
- Experience across regs such Dodd Frank, EMIR, Basel III would be advantageous.
- Cross Asset experience would be advantageous
- Experience working within a central change group would be advantageous
