Director, Leveraged Finance Originations and Execution – Tier One Firm recruitment
Our client is a major leveraged finance and private debt provider, who have backed a wide range of buyouts, buy-ins, refinancings, investments and deals. They have a very strong track record with UK private equity and financial sponsors clients, and are now looking to add a Director to their London team.
The role, reporting to the Head of the team, is a senior one within the group, and you can expect to work on the origination and execution of leveraged finance mandates. You will be expected to forge and develop new relationships with private equity firms, and to project manage the execution of loans to the funds, as well as portfolio management to their realization.
Candidates will have a background in leveraged finance, debt advisory or private equity, and probably be at the VP or Director level already. Applicants will probably have very good UK experience, with extensive experience in the debt space.
