Director of Strategy for Bulge Bracket Bank recruitment
The main function of the role is supporting the Head of Strategy in defining the strategic intent and vision of the brand at customer, product and geographical level. The successful candidate will also have lines of reporting in the CEO presenting the strategic findings to the executive board.
The successful candidate’s internal responsibilities will involve supporting business heads and gaining appropriate buy in from the wider group and stakeholders.
Suitable candidates should posses:
- Strong Academic Skills educated to degree level.
- Come from a top tier strategy house or equivalent.
- Understanding of the drivers and dynamic of financial services.
- Exposure to wealth management is desirably but not essential.
- Extensive experience managing all levels of stakeholders.
- Experience of managing and growing junior members of staff.
The role has a life span of approximately two years with a view of transitioning directly into the business.
