Our client is an established global bank with significant presence in Asia Pacific. It continues to garner multiple industry accolades and has consistently delivered strong financial performance. To support its business growth, it is now seeking a dynamic individual to be part of its global operations team.
This is an exciting role reporting to the Global Head of Operations and Technology for Securities Services where you will centrally lead efforts to design, implement and maintain an operating model for global custody which would deliver best-in-class capacity and capability. This includes leading operations efforts to offer standard and customised solutions as well as efforts to launch new products. You will work closely with counterparts in Product Management and Technology to map prevailing market opportunities/needs and continually upgrade the bank's overall capabilities and solutions. This role will also involve close partnership with Operations, Product Management, Sales, Solution Delivery, Service Management and Technology.
You are degree qualified with solid experience in global custody operations gained in major banks, with strong Asian experience. You have a good appreciation of large scale, complex operations infrastructure, and is strategic yet hands on. This is a challenging and stimulating role where energy, drive, strong communication, change and influencing skills are essential attributes for success.
