Director/Managing Director – Front Office Technology recruitment
To address this a new function around Platforms has been set up to work closely with the business and understand strategy to ensure best in class systems are available to the desk and support functions
This will be cutting across all Front Office Architecture specifically: Order Management Systems, Trade Capture/Booking, Pricing and Risk Platforms. This is across the majority of FO derivatives businesses (Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX) and will ultimately ensure that each business is capturing, pricing and processing trades in the best way.
There is a requirement for a “product lead” to work with the business and understand their drivers whilst ensuring that technology are delivering the correct systems. This is not a programme director role, the focus of this hire is to analyse (at a high level) what is working best for each business, rationalize and industrialize to each business/function.
This role requires someone who understands functional architecture in the front office (specifically order management systems) to drive the business engagement, define architecture/strategy to satisfy business drivers and ultimately improve client service.
It is likely that you will be politically dextrous, have a strong track record of working closely with heads of desks and COOs, whilst experienced in driving technology to deliver.
