Documentation Control Analyst – JPMorgan

You shall join the Global Contracts Management team who are responsible for the control of all EMEA account legal documentation and the operating model.
You shall be responsible for:
- Data analysis and manipulation to validate process completion.
- Identify and escalate process issues and recommend process improvements.
- Work with different databases/systems, extract and manipulate data
- Work with cross-LOB and Regional business partners to review documentation for completeness.
- Identify legal and business issues that would impact the GCM documentation and/or Bank's policies.
- Develop and manage controls to mitigate risk of non-adherence to documentation policy and/or governance.
- Interact with IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Skills Experience:
- Strong business analyst background in particular with non-financial data
- Ability to confidently manipulate, present and generate data reports
- Advanced MS Excel skills including ability to create and use Pivot tables and Macros
- Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of corporate documentation, terminology, and legal concepts and procedures
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a global team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications - Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of corporate document management systems is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines, exercises good judgment and work accurately under pressure
- Business Objects knowledge preferred
