eFX Support Analyst – FIX / DMA / Electronic Trading
A global leader in the FX Markets is looking for a Business Facing, Front Office Support Analyst who can liaise between various Technology and Business units manage the End-to-End on-boarding of high profile clients to their award winning electronic trading platform. This will involve working closely with FX Sales, Development, Client onboarding and 1st Line Application Support / Client Services teams in a semi-Project Management capacity.
All candidates must have a very good understanding of the FX Markets and have previous experience (ideally current) working in an eFX Application Support / Client Onboarding team. You should have a good knowledge of all of the following technologies and applications / exchanges:
- A client facing, service delivery mentality with excellent communication skills
- Unix / Linux systems, investigating logs and identifying issues
- FIX Connectivity and Onboarding knowledge (not necessarily an onboarding expert)
- Basic SQL (any flavour) required
- FXALL / 360T / Currenex / etc.
