EMEA Market Manager
Supporting the EMEA Head and Global Head of Market Management Treasury Services, the successful candidate is responsible for executing regional product strategy, market and proposition development, financial management, and providing multi-product expertise in different markets.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Support and execute Treasury Services regional product strategy and collaborate with clients, vendors, and other constituents/stakeholders. Broad knowledge of commercial credit terms and ability to analyse financial statements.
- Develop, enact and promote solutions that drive increased market share and profitable revenue growth for the region, on a global level, while mitigating risk.
- The position encompasses product revenue generation goal(s), cost reduction, and accountability for overall customer segment profitability.
- Managing multiple projects will be a key requirement of the role, and therefore the role holder will need to possess strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral communication and writing skills is a must, as is the ability to produce effective and cohesive relationships with management, peers, staff, vendors and customers.
- The role must be able to gather inputs, interpret and analyze data and articulate business, product and market requirements and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to a broad range of audiences, including peers, business partners, clients, and Treasury Services management.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent product and project management skills relevant to the development and execution Treasury Services strategy in the EMEA region.
- A good sense, and experience in, solution and proposition development in the packaging and positioning of product capabilities into the EMEA market.
- Core knowledge of EMEA market payment infrastructures including the Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA) as well as UK banking infrastructures.
- Fluency in one or several major European languages would be helpful but not essential.
