They are a world class, global professional services group dedicated to helping CFO’s develop and execute winning strategies to drive improvements in effectiveness across the Finance organization. Their clients are tier 1 Investment Banks, Retail Banks Insurance Companies.
The FA Transformation practice focuses on 4 key areas including Finance Transformation, Finance Technology, Assurance Compliance and Accounting advisory.
Key skills and responsibilities;
Roles Responsibilities:
Typically includes project delivery and account management for technology advisory or related engagements in a client environment, and performing following activities on a day-to-day basis
- Project Planning - Ownership in planning client engagements - and adhering to engagement delivery requirements
- Project Delivery – Ownership and support of deliverables as mandated by project requirements. Execution of engagement tasks independently or in a team setting, and delivering to high quality standards
- Practice Development – Supporting and contributing to various internal practice initiatives
- Hiring Retention – Support the hiring initiatives and perform goal setting and performance appraisals
- Account Management – Lead key account relationship(s) in retaining existing business and work towards achieving target based revenue through new business
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified / Part qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent qualification with relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CEH, etc.)
- Prior experience in Big 4 Audit firms (preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Systems Advisory
- Large scale technology/system transformation programmes (ERP implementations such as SAP)
- Regulatory Compliance (Basel II, Solvency II, Sarbanes Oxley etc)
- Risk Management / Advisory
- Statutory / Internal audits
- High level of self-confidence and strong people skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Experience in an Insurance and Banking Capital Market environment is essential
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
