Employee Relations Manager – Professional Services (Ref: ERM-PROS/AP171111) recruitment

Our client is a large global Professional Services MNC with a strong reputation in strategic consulting. Working on notable projects globally and with a strong presence across Asia, they are now looking for an experienced Human Resources Professional to be based in their Hong Kong office focusing on Employee Engagement and Talent Retention.

The role will report to a senior based in China and will involve driving and implementing a range of employee engagement projects and initiatives. Through forming strong partnership with the wider HR, you will also work with Senior Managers to design, develop and implement a range of Talent Retention projects. This will be achieved through a dynamic and creative approach towards addressing employee issues and implementing various employee engagement surveys to collect and analyse feedback from the workforce. A large part of the role will also involve implementing continuous improvement measures and performing analysis work.  In addition, you will also be providing strategic recommendations in order to meet employee engagement objectives and actively participate in ad-hoc HR related projects.

The successful candidate will have worked in a role focusing on employee engagement and relations with at least 8-10 years experience gained from large global MNC organisations. You will be degree qualified in HRM or Psychology. Counseling experience and qualifications will be an advantage. You will also be able to demonstrate strong project management skills, analytical thought alongside sound problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently.
