  1. 3+ years experience in Payroll / Off boarding
  2. Good at calculations and has strong analytical ability
  3. High efficiency and comfort of working in MS Excel
  4. Adept at handling large volumes of data and work in a deadline driven environment
  5. Uses initiative and innovates 
  6. Works well in teams
  7. Has high sensitivity and ability to maintain and manage confidential data in a secure manner, with alertness to notices and question exceptions
  8. Good written  spoken communication skills in English
  9. Has a client servicing focus

Preferred Skills Experience

  1. APAC Payroll / Offboarding experience in any location 
  2. Knowledge of SAP / PeopleSoft HRMS and Fiance systems
  3. Vendor management experience
