Employee Relations Specialist (Ref. no: ERS/RC021211) recruitment

 Our client is a Fortune 500 US listed organization with a niche product offering and strong growth potential. With growth plans in place for next year, they are looking to strengthen their internal teams.  They are currently looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to assist in their implementation of strategic HR programs across Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with the business to build organizational capability by talent mapping and succession planning.  You will work closely with global leaders in engaging employees and ensuring their allegiance and alliance to achieving business goals.  With your previous experience working in large multinationals, you will identify business needs and recommend appropriate total solutions to develop talent within the organization.  You will also manage employee recognition programs, conduct employee counseling and continuously initiate process improvements as needed.  You will participate in HR policy renewals and ensure compliance to corporate policies at all times.

The successful candidate will have worked in a role focusing on employee engagement and relations with at least 5-6 years experience gained from large global multinational organisations. You will be degree qualified in HRM or Psychology. Counseling experience and qualifications will be an advantage. You will also be initiative, analytically minded, possess exceptional problem solving skills with strong project management abilities.
