Our client is a leading Bank with an unparalleled reputation across global markets and a highly successful track record in Asia. With additional growth planned, the need has arisen to recruit a senior HR professional of the highest calibre, to be based in their Regional hub in HK.
Global Bank - Hong Kong based position
Reporting to the Regional Head of Resourcing, you will oversee a specific and important regional function within the bank. More specifically you will manage and develop a team of recruiters and build close ties with recruitment and search firms as well as internally with key executives across the region. You will manage the end to end life cycle of the staff you hire including all vendor management, process improvement, troubleshooting, and cost analysis. This is a senior and critical position for the Bank and will pose exciting challenges for the successful candidate.
You must be degree qualified and have at least 10 years experience working for large multinational corporations or financial services organisations within a Human Resources or Resourcing capacity. You must have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach as well as excellent interpersonal, presentation and multi-tasking skills. In additional to this you must a high level of initiative, be process driven and have the ability to drive and lead change in a fast paced environment. Fluency in English is essential. Above all, you must have the passion, resilience, energy and credibility to deal with a challenging role.
