The Company
Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen to join the team as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
The Role
The successful candidate is responsible for providing daily support to the team of 5:
- Helping with client event set-up and greeting
- Organizing travels arrangement including flight, car transfer and hotel bookings for clients, sales and trader
- Preparing expense report, such as travel expense and client entertainment
- Ordering office supplies, service office equipment and arranging for servicing in the case of major repairs.
- Arranging required travel visa for travellers and work visa for foreigner workers.
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate you will have the following skills:
- Professional secretarial training or relevant tertiary qualification
- Between 3-4 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Working experience in Investment Banking or Financial Institution is a must
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Organized, proactive and efficient with the proven ability to take initiative
- Flexible and driven to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- High level of attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
- Advanced user in all aspects of MS Office
