Executive Assistant, Zurich, Banking recruitment
In this exciting environment you will support a Head department and their teams with professional administrative services.
Main tasks include:
- Budgeting accuracy and process compliance (across several carriers, cost controllers, HR functions) expense processing and analysis
- Organizing meetings and workshops
- Arranging business travels
- Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation
- Managing diary
- Handling all the correspondence
- Attending and scheduling meetings to prepare agenda’s
The successful candidate has at least 4-6 years of experience in a financial or banking environment and a good understanding of financial jargon. We are looking for proactive and collaborative candidates with strong communicational and organizational skills. Furthermore you are flexible, hard-working and enthusiastic. This role requires fluency in both English and German.
