Based in contemporary CBD offices, this highly successful global organisation now has an immediate requirement for experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their dynamic team for a 6 week contract.
Supporting 2 senior executives, this role includes diary management, client liaison, organising corporate events, co-ordinating travel requirements and managing email correspondence. Currently in the process to relocate their offices, you would play a pivotal role in coordinating this project.
This role requires a vibrant and intuitive individual with a proactive and approachable attitude. Professional presentation is essential, as is prior experience supporting at the executive level in a highly corporate environment. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and exemplary verbal and written communication skills will ensure your success in this role.
