Executive Compensation recruitment

As an Executive Compensation consultant you will be expected to nurture the business network regionally across various business lines, to plan, design and implement Compensation and Incentive programs. Working directly with managers and executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop compensation and reward strategies that facilitate achievement of business and human capital strategies.

Your in-depth knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory and accounting requirements related to Executive Compensation plans and sound subject-matter expertise in compensation design is essential. In addition you will have a demonstrated experience with special equity and incentive plans in a broad array of compensation related areas, a record of success in supporting new business generation and the ability to see the 'big picture,' leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challenges.

Relevant professional qualifications, a Bachelors degree and or a MBA coupled with a demonstrated track record of success in supporting new business generation through sound client relationship, interpersonal and team skills as well personal executive presence with polished and well developed communication skills will ensure your success in this coveted position.
