Finance and Quality Manager

My client is a well established charity based in the borders, they are currently seeking a Finance Manager to deliver leadership to their finance team whilst driving the core values of the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive you will ensure a high quality of accounts are produced in a timely manner throughout the organisation.

Your day will be an exciting mix of both rewarding and challenging tasks and main duties will include the preparation of quarterly management accounts and annual statements which will then be presented to the board of Directors, preparation of robust budgets and forecasts and be solely responsible for overseing the payroll function ensuring all chargeable hours are taken into consideration. You will be responsible for ensuring all clients financial needs are met by building robust systems and controls and through regular contact see the difference these services make to them. You will also take the lead on health and safety matters and chair meetings coupled with being responsible for internal audit processes.

You will be a confident individual who has a passion for people, experience in a similar role is preferred and knowledge of the care/charity sector will be an advantage. If you are a Finance Manager that feels you have the relevant skill set I look forward to hearing from you.
