Finance Change Manager (AVP) recruitment

This is an opportunity to join a top-tier investment bank. The incumbent will work in the Financial Control Change Management team to support Asia Pacific Financial Control with current and future change initiatives.

Main Duties

To identify, plan and drive change across Asia Financial Control 

Responsibilities

1. Manage execution of projects across all aspects of the lifecycle:
    - Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
    - Ensure high quality deliverables including business requirements
    - Working with IT / Users to identify solutions
    - Implementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainable
    - Project status reporting to stakeholders

2. Identify and manage process efficiencies across Asia Pac FC

3. Working with key Asia FC stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables

4. Review and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model.

Candidate Requirements

    - Qualified accountant
    - Project and change management - may be within a dedicated change function or as a major part of another role
    - Business analysis experience
    - Process re-engineering
    - Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders effectively
    - Desire to provide top quality service to internal clients
    - Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution
    - Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, team player
    - Enjoys working in a high pressure and challenging environment
    - Diligent in adhering to tight deadlines
