Finance Decision Support – Banking sector recruitment
Our client is a dominant financial services organisation, with expert knowledge in a range of sectors. The role offers a collaborative, solutions focused approach to each project and is the key link between the business and all elements of finance, and project delivery.
You are expected to provide a range of advisory, development management and specialist finance services in support of the business objectives. Specific tasks that you will perform will include:
Product Analytics - analyse the commercial and financial dynamics of products including viability, competitiveness, positioning etc
Financial Modelling- provide a range of quantitative and analytical activities including developing in-house project financial models, DCF analysis, viability analysis etc
Development Management - managing the project through the various stages, with general day to day responsibilities to review and consider appropriate responses including liaison with key stakeholders.
As the ideal candidate you must demonstrate financial and numerical astuteness and have well formed project management and communication skills. In terms of background and experience you will ideally have had 4-7 years experience gained in one of the following areas:
- Investment Banking,
- Management Consulting
- Big 4 Chartered Accounting in a Corporate Finance, Modelling or Transaction Services team
Financial modelling experience including DCF build capabilities will be highly regarded.
